How to speed up or increase the download speed?
It really sucks every time we're trying to download big files on Google Chrome. Most of the time it gets failed especially if it's really big on size. It's a more heartbreaking experience when it almost done yet it got failed, right? But not anymore because this post will help you to speed up or increase the download speed every time you download big size files such as HD movies, software, games &, etc. And prevent it to get failed.
I will share with you some ways I'm using to
speed up or increase the download speed.
The followings are:
1. Mozilla Firefox
- Some of us are familiar with this browser, yes. It is a browser. It's better to use this when you're trying to download big files because if it gets failed you can just retry it and wait until completed. unlike Google chrome, if it gets failed and try to retry it, the downloading will start again from 0 and might get failed again. Mozilla Firefox can be used on Mobile phones and PC.
2. Internet Download Manager
- This tool/software is used for downloading, you can add this on the extension on Google Chrome. Every time you will download the file, there's an internet download manager will pop on the screen and will ask if you're going to try to download the file you want to save. The good thing about this tool it can speed up the downloading up to 5 times. This software if applicable on PC only
3. ADM (Advance Download Manager)
- This application is the same as the Internet download manager but it's for android mobile phone. This app is currently what I am using now. And I can say that it make the downloading faster, and you can pause and resume the file and never get failed. If got failed because of an internet problem you can just retry it again without coming back from 0.
4. Check internet connection
- Always check internet connection, sometime the internet connection is the problem. Or maybe the signal is not that speed specially when using pocket wifi.
